This hotel is located in the very center of the most frequented street of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The main square is just a few minutes away, allowing easy access to restaurants and attractions. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive, providing helpful tips and directions for exploring the area. The rooms are basic but clean, with a nice view from the small balcony. The value for money is great, especially with breakfast included.
That the AC in some rooms did not work properly, but apart from that, everything was ok.

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and downtown attractions. It is a beautiful hotel! What we liked the best was the staff. Always a smile and a greeting for us. They all were so helpful with any assistance or questions we had. They made us feel welcome!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of the historical center, it is in the prime area of the city, just a stone's throw away from the main square and surrounded by the most popular street in town. This makes it extremely convenient for exploring all the attractions and restaurants in Campeche.
In terms of breakfast options. While the breakfast provided was simple, consisting of juice, toast, and coffee, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety.

The staff, the location.
Not enough electric plugs and had to go into hallway to get wifi to work. Wish the breakfast had at least one low carb option like hard boiled eggs or something like that.

locatio, colonial architecture and staff - excellent access to WIFI
the included breakfast was unsatisfactory - BIMBO bread, styroform cups plastic spoons, nestcafe. no recyling of garbage - a major issue in Campeche. I had been at the climate change conference in Cancun where there had been some attempt to recycle. Unfortunately often the recycling ends up reassembled and takrn to the dump where people sort garbage under inhumane conditions. I was assured that in the near future there would be a proper kitchen and breakfast Also the price quoted on my registration e-mail was misleading because it did not include taxes but indicated thaat ther might be extra costs such aa for an extra bed. Taxes are more than a minor extra cost.

Excellent location. Great value for so close to main square. Breakfast is sufficient. Computers available for guests a nice touch
Lock to our room was flimsy. Staff had little knowledge of laundry facilities in area

We stayed in downtown and enjoyed the attractions close by. the street was bustling with locals and tourists. the room was clean and tidy, but the bathroom was small. the staff was helpful. Breakfast was average, but there were plenty of cafes around. We had a view of the beautiful garden, and the air conditioning worked well.
The noisy street outside was a bother, and even the closed windows failed to block the sound.

Fantastic hacienda-ish hotel. Wonderful patio in the middle of the hotel. Very nice and correct staff.
Breakfast was a bit poor: two or three toasts, jam, coffee/tea, orange juice and a banana. We were still hungry after breakfast...

The location is great and the charm of the colonial houses is preserved
As in the rest of Mexico they do not speak any other language than Spanish. Campeche is not enough atmospheric as a town but half day is fine. No lift, no bell noy be carefull if not able to come up with big suitcases

The hotel had two free parking options available, which we found very convenient. the beautiful colonial architecture was definitely a highlight, and we enjoyed being located in the very heart of the old town with easy access to the main square. the hotel offered great potential for a charming stay.
The rooms were quite small and dark, and in need of updating. We found the sparse decor and lack of shelving or drawers in the closet to be a downside.
